Mike Wolf tells Bare and Dougher that he tries to take his lifestyle and make it part of his brand. He wants to show people they can do just as he did – coming from a low point of his life to where he is now. He enjoys life, and money is only a part of being successful and happy.

He tells of how he used to enjoy his “toys” – boats, cars, electronics, etc. and the rich life. As he spent more and more time living out of a suitcase while his possessions were in storage he found they became less and less important to him, as people became more important.

Mike Wolf takes a group of potential real estate investors, and teaches them by putting himself in their shoes. He knows from experience the ins and outs of the business, and looks at all the pitfalls that could happen if they were to do real estate investing on their own.
