According to Hover, Diatomaceous Earth protein powder as used as an aid for constipation, treatment of high blood pressure, chronic pain and arthritis, or as an internal cleanse, among other things.
It can be taken as a protein shake, with water or other juice, When taken in water it may taste chalky, but it all depends on how it was stored.
